1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using the KiteTV Android TV Launcher or the KiteTV Parent Web Companion (at kitetv.app/app), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any portion of these terms, do not use the services.

2. Description of Service

KiteTV provides an ultra-lightweight Android TV launcher and companion cloud application designed to assist families in managing screen time, scheduling curfews, sending messages via two-way intercom, and monitoring TV viewing health.

3. Subscriptions & Billing (Razorpay)

KiteTV offers free and paid subscription plans (Family Starter at ₹99/month or ₹899/year, and Family Pro at ₹199/month or ₹1,699/year).

Recurring Billing: Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) via UPI AutoPay, credit/debit card, or net banking.
Cancellation: You may cancel recurring auto-renewal at any time with 1-click in the Account Settings menu of the Parent Web Companion. You will retain access until the end of the paid billing cycle.
Refund Policy: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all initial subscription purchases upon email request to [email protected].

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use KiteTV solely for lawful, domestic, and non-commercial family management purposes. You agree not to reverse-engineer, exploit, or disrupt KiteTV's cloud servers or WebSocket relays.

5. Limitation of Liability

KiteTV is provided "as is" and "as available". We strive for 99.9% uptime, but we do not warrant that service will be uninterrupted or error-free. KiteTV is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from app interruptions or TV network disconnection.
